RESOLUTION NO. R 2016-32 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REAL ESTATE LEASE AGREEMENT FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 200-300 BLOCKS OF EAST CENTRAL AVENUE IN <br /> THE WABASH CROSSING REDEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Lease Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and Crossing Healthcare for the lease of Property located at Wabash Crossing as <br /> described in Section one (1) of the attached lease for $1 be, and the same is hereby received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
