RESOLUTION NO. R96-137 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT TO <br /> PARTNERS IN EDUCATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TF� CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
