RESOLUTION NO. R 2016-56 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF A CAPITAL LEASE <br /> - PRESIDIO TECHNOLOGY CAPITAL - <br /> FOR CITY WIDE VOICE (PHONE SYSTEM) UPGRADE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section L That the 5 year Lease Proposal presented to the City Council herewith from <br /> Presidio Technology Capital to secure a 5 year capital lease for funding the City Wide Voice <br /> (Phone System) Project, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> issue a purchase order each year for the next 5 years on behalf of the City of Decatur in the amount <br /> not to exceed $78,403.26 for annual lease payments to Presidio Technical Capital for said City , <br /> Wide Voice (Phone System)Upgrade and Services. <br /> Section 3.
