RESOLUTION NO. R2016-54 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH BODINE ELECTRIC OF DECATUR <br /> FOR BRIDGE LIGHTING REPLACEMENT, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2015-01 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2015-01, U.S. Route 36 <br /> Bridge Lighting Replacement Project be, and they are hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Bodine Electric of Decatur be accepted and a contract awarded <br /> accordingly, and that said contract between Bodine Electric and the City of Decatur is for a <br /> total amount of$60,000.00 in Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> Section 3.
