RESOLUTION NO: R2016-81 <br /> Resolution Authorizing Execution of an amended Preliminary Engineering Services <br /> Agreement for Federal Participation with Massie Massie & Associates for Decatur <br /> Corridor Monument Installation Project, Project No. TE-OOD7(040) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1: That the amended Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement for <br /> Federal Participation presented to the City Council herewith between the City of Decatur <br /> and Massie, Massie&Associates to provide professional engineering services in <br /> connection with Project No. TE-OOD7 (040) for an amount not to exceed $117,213, be, <br /> and it is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
