ORDINANCE NO. 201 6-41 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS AT THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF NORTH CALHOUN STREET AND EAST NORTH STREET <br /> FACING EAST NORTH STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on East North Street approaching North Calhoun Street from the east and west shall stop <br /> and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on North Calhoun Street which have entered the intersection <br /> of said street or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but <br /> said driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe <br /> interval occurs. <br /> Section 2.
