RESOLUTION NO. R96-14 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION <br /> REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 703 W. HARRISON; 1420 N. iJNIVERSITY; 1103 E. WII.LIAM; <br /> 1111 E WII,LIAM• 980 W. MAIN <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set out on Exhibit A, <br /> hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof, are dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or <br /> abandoned; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, II,LINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
