R �n� ti—�q <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUNDING SOURCE ASSIGNMENT TO <br /> -DE LAGE LANEN PUBLIC FINANCE LLC - <br /> FOR CITY WIDE VOICE (PHONE SYSTEM) UPGRADE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith from De Lage Landen Public Finance LLC for the purchase of network equipment, <br /> voice over internet protocol phones and services to expand the Cisco Phone System to all City of <br /> Decatur buildings,be, and the same hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
