R —� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF <br /> ILLINOIS, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> FOR MASS TRANSIT CAPITAL GRANT <br /> Amendment 5 <br /> Contract No. 1353 <br /> Project No. CAP-87-303-FED. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Capital Grant Agreement, here before the <br /> Council, between the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, Division of Public <br /> Transportation, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clear be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign and attest said amended agreement on behalf of the City and to execute such <br /> other certifications or authorizations as may be required in connection therewith. <br /> Section 3.
