RESOLUTION NO. R / �J— � 3 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE SELECTIONS <br /> - DECATUR PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br />' Section 1. That the following described premises: <br /> Lot One (1) and the South Half of Lot Two (2) in Block <br /> Four (4) of the Original Town of Decatur, except the <br /> North 1 1/2 feet of the said South Half of Lot Two (2) , <br /> all as per Plat recorded in Book A Page 1 of the records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> Lot One (1) of the Resurvey of Block Two (2) of South <br /> Addition to the City of Decatur as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 1832 Page 319 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> which premises are within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> Decatur, the county seat of the County of Macon, Illinois, be, <br /> and the same are hereby, approved for acquisition by the Decatur <br /> Public Building Commission as sites on which to alter and improve <br /> public buildings for the location of certain county offices and <br /> court related functions, said premises to be leased to the County <br /> of Macon to be used by said County in the performance of <br /> essential governmental functions. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1993. <br /> � , <br /> _.�! � <br /> ERIK C ECHNITZ <br /> MP, R <br /> ATTEST: <br /> TY CLERK <br />
