RESOLUTION NO. � 3-"� � <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> FURNISHING SAND <br /> CITY PROJECT 9319 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the tabulation of bids received for <br /> Furnishing Sand - City Project 9319, and presented herewith be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2 . That the bid of Lincoln Sand & Gravel Co. , Inc. , <br /> be accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3 .
