RESOLUTION NO. l � ��� <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING �� <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT , <br /> FURNISHING CRUSHED STONE AGGREGATE <br /> CITY PROJECT 9318 ! <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for <br /> Furnishing Crushed Stone Aggregate - City Project 9318, and <br /> presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2 . That the bid of Kraft Trucking, Inc. , be <br /> accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to execute a contract between the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois and Kraft Trucking, Inc. , for supplying <br /> said materials for their bid price of $25,287.50. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1993 . <br /> � <br /> MAYO <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
