R _/ � - � I <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSED ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> AND SCHEDULING SAME FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br /> - HICKORY POINT GOLF COURSE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposed Annexation Agreement between <br /> the City of Decatur and Decatur Park District, be and the same is <br /> hereby, received and placed on file, a copy of said Annexation <br /> Agreement being attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That a public hearing upon said Annexation <br /> Agreement be, and the same is hereby scheduled for June 15, 1992, <br /> at 7: 30 P.M. before this Council in the City Council Chambers, <br /> Section 3 .
