That the Agreement between Phillip W. Cochran, <br /> Consulting Engineer, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, for con- <br /> struction supervision for the Neighborhood Strategy Area Improve- <br /> ments, City Project 9103 , be and the same is hereby received, <br /> placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
