That the Subordination of Surface Rights for <br /> Public Road Purposes presented to the Council herewith to the Il- <br /> linois Department of Transportation for the improvement of Route <br /> 48 (Fairview) be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
