That the City of Decatur approves the bid of <br /> Siciliano, Inc. , as received by the State of Illinois, Department <br /> of Transportation, for the improvement of Harrison Avenue located <br /> in the City of Decatur, said work being known as City Project <br /> 8725. <br /> Section 2.
