R� �� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> - AUSTIN-MCDANIEL CORPORATION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the proposed terms and conditions of an <br /> agreement between the City of Decatur and Austin-McDaniel <br /> Corporation for the purchase by the City of a Geographic <br /> Information System (GIS) , as explained therein, which proposed <br /> terms and conditions are attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof, be, and the same are hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to negotiate and execute, on behalf of <br /> the City, an agreement with Austin-McDaniel Corporation in <br /> substantial compliance with Exhibit A and for a consideration not <br /> to exceed $298 , 200 . <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 17th da of September, 1990 . <br /> � <br /> ARY K.
