RESOLUTION NO. R g �"���` <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION <br /> - CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL - <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur is applying to the State of <br /> Illinois for a Clean and Beautiful Program Grant; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that an application be made and <br /> agreements entered into with the State of Illinois. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the City apply for a Clean and Beautiful <br /> Program grant to the State of Illinois. <br /> Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk on behalf of the <br /> City shall execute all such necessary documents for the carrying <br /> out of said application. <br /> Section 3 .
