That the Agreement between Harza Engineering <br /> Company, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, for professional en- <br /> gineering services for Well Water Transmission Alternative Study, <br /> City Project 8924 , be and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
