That the tabulation of bids received for the <br /> City of Decatur' s Community Development Block Grant Project - <br /> DECATUR DAY CARE CENTER - ROOF REPLACEMENT (BG8905) , be presented <br /> herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2 . That the bid of Craftmasters, Inc . be, and it is <br /> hereby, approved and a contract awarded accordingly for the Base <br /> Proposal . <br /> Section 3 .
