R 9' �� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> SUBGRRNTEE AGREEMENTS <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1989-90 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the Subgrantee Agreements for the Fiscal <br /> Year 1989-90 Community Development Block Grant Program, copies af <br /> which are attached hereto, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> and the followinq subgrantees : Promise Mission, Inc . , NARCP, <br /> Decatur Macon County Opportunities Corporation, Consumer Credit <br /> Counseling, be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
