R � /� � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY <br /> CITY PROJECT 8801 - WATERMAIN EXTENSION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, IL- <br /> LINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the Agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the Illinois Central Railroad Company and the <br /> City regarding a 12" watermain crossing at Westlawn Avenue and <br /> Illinois Route 121 be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
