That the plans and specifications prepared by <br /> Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski & Associates, Inc. , for the improvement <br /> known as City Project 8823 - Grand Avenue Pump Station <br /> Rehabilitation, be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
