U 1 � /` � � <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING NOTICE FOR BIDS <br /> TRANSFER HOUSE ROOF AND STRUCTURAL REPAIRS <br /> CITY PROJECT 8912 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the plans and specifications prepared by <br /> DeWitt, Amdal, Hall, Livergood, for the improvement known as City <br /> Project 8912, Transfer House Roof and Structural Repairs, be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
