That the Agreement between Hall, Schwartz, & Ah- <br /> lenius and the City of Decatur, Illinois, for professional en- <br /> gineering services for Decatur Industry and Technology Center - <br /> Sprinkler Rehabilitation, City Project 8916, be and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
