�.. <br /> * <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��— � � <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> -EAST OF U.S. RT. 51 AND SOUTH OF ffiCKORY POINT ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of November, 1994, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steve Horve for a special use permit for a <br /> B-2 Planned Unit Development, including a self-service storage facility, on premises situated in <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> Lot One (1) of Fifty-One and Seventy-Two Second Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 230 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, II.LINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it <br /> is hereby granted to Steve Horve to develop the premises described above under a B-2 Planned <br /> Unit Development, including a self-service storage facility, in accordance with the plat and plans <br /> hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> a. That the development occur in accordance with <br /> petitioner's site plan as revised on November 3, 1994; <br /> b. That the proposed motel shall be constructed prior to or <br /> in conjunction with the proposed storage facility; <br />
