+ '' � . t ` ORDINANCE NO. �� '�� ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - M-2 EXTRACTIVE USE - - SOUTHSIDE DRIVE - WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of September, 1993, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Vulcan Materials Company, owner of the premises described herein on Exhibit A hereto, to amend and modify a special use permit for the extraction of sand and gravel granted by Ordinance No. 5991, and subsequently amended by Ordinance Nos. 87-115, 88-101, 92-62 and 93-61; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said special use permit as required be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That said Ordinance No. 93-61 be, and the same �'I is hereby modified and amended by substituting Exhibits B and C ', attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, for and in lieu of �� Exhibits B and C, respectively, of said Ordinance No. 93-61, for the ur ose of said former Exhibits as therein expressed. I P P Section 3 . That except as modified by the provisions hereof the s ecial use ermit heretofore ranted b Ordinance , P P g Y No. 5991 and subsequently amended by Ordinance Nos. 87-115, 88-101, 92-62 and 93-61 remains in full force and effect, and the same remains subject to all the conditions, limitations and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid, as amended hereby.
