, . . <br /> � � i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / � — I I <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> HZSTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE <br /> - 560 WEST NORTH STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of January, 1992 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Wyllene Griffy for a special permit under the <br /> provisions of Section XXI (A) (1) (w) of the Zoning Ordinance to use <br /> the premises described below for a Historic Neighborhood Use, <br /> said use being the operation of an antique shop and said premises <br /> being legally described as follows: <br /> The West 43 feet of the East 165 feet of Lot 5 of the <br /> Resurvey of Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 2 of Western <br /> Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 22 Page 411 of <br /> the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Petition has been filed with, and rE•�iewed by, <br /> the Historical and Architectural Sites Commi�sion, said filing <br /> having been more than thirty days from the date hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such special permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, <br /> a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Wyllene Griffy, <br /> and only to Wyllene Griffy, to own and operate an antique shop as <br /> a Historic Neighborhood Use upon the premises aforesaid in <br /> accordance with the plat and plan thereof hereto attached marked <br /> Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, <br /> expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That the antique shop operation be limited to the <br /> first floor of the existing dwelling; <br />
