s f ORDINANCE NO. �/ < / ORDINANCE ABATING LEVY GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS SERIES OF AUGUST, 1991 WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 91-58 passed and approved August 19, 1991, the Council caused general obligation bonds of the City to be issued and did levy therein certain sums to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds; and, WHEREAS, funds other than those raised by general taxation have or will become available to timely pay such principal and interest as the same become due in 1992 and 1993. NOW, THERfiFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATCTR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the levy for the year 1991 imposed by the provisions of Ordinance No. 91-58 in the amount of $1,994,912 be, and the same is hereby, abated. Section 2 . That the County Clerk of the County of Macon, Illinois, be, and he is hereby, directed to refrain from extending said levy for said year. Section 3. That the City Treasurer be, and she is hereby, � authorized and directed to timely pay said principal and interest from �, other funds of the City in the amount aforesaid which said funds are �i hereby appropriated for said purpose. � Section 4.
