I! / � ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - 2780 BOILING SPRINGS ROAD - WHEREAS , on the 7th day of November, 1991 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Richard Park for a special use permit to allow Christmas tree sales as a seasonal commercial operation on premises lccated in the City of Decatur, Illinois , and described as follows: Lot One (1) of Chubbyville Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 298 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, and Lot Two (2) of Possum Creek Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 387 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WP�EREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special use permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to petitioner to allow Christmas tree sales as a seasonal commercial operation on the above-described premises. Section 3 . That the special use permit authorized hereby be, and the same is hereby, authorized and issued upon the following conditions: (a) That the private drive for vehicular access to the subject site have a rock base; and, (b) That the proposed sales operation be limited to the time period of November 1 through December 25 for each calendar year; and, (c) That the proposed special use occur in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
