. � � � ' ORDINANCE NO. � C� " � I � ORDINANCE MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL YEAR MAY 1, 1990 THROUGH APRIL 30 , 1991 RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM FUND AND SECTION 312 PROGRAM FUND WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual appropriation ordinance for the fiscnl year May 1, 1990 through April 30 , 1991, certain additional revenues not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual appropriation ordinance was adopted have now been made available or are anticipated to become available by grants from the Federal Government; and, WHEREAS, the aggregate of the additional revenues so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid is in excess of the total amount hereinafter appropriated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: . Section 1 . That the following sums be, and they are hereby, appropriated for the corporate purposes, expenses and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May 1 , 1990 through April 30 , 1991, said sums to be provided for as aforesaid: For loans made available for usz in the Rental Rehabilitation Program Fund:- $135 , 000 . 00 For loans made available for use in the Section 312 Program Fund: �150 , 000 . 00 Section 2. That unexpended balaaces of any item or items of any appropriation herein may be expend�d to make up any ' deficiencies in anv sum or sums otherwise so appropriated r.erein. I Section 3 . That the aggregate additicnal revenues estimated to be received as aforesaicl subsequent to the adoption of the annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid and not availablA or anticipated at the time of th� adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance be, and it is hereby, estimated at the sum cf $135 , 000 . 00 for the Rental Rehabilitation Program and $150, 000 . 00 for the Section 312 Program, the same being �n excess of the total amour.ts appropriated hereby.
