F � <br /> ` '. <br /> � .. • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� � ']' <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY ENTIRELY <br /> SURROUNDED BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR <br /> - 348 DEVONSHIRE ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, certain unincorporated territory described as <br /> follows: <br /> The West 357.2 feet of the South 121 . 9 feet of Lot 1 of <br /> McCaleb Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page <br /> 130 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, <br /> is wholly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, such territory is less than sixty (60) acres in <br /> area; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Council finds that such territory should be <br /> annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the contemplated annexation of said <br /> territory has been given as provided by law. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the ' <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. i <br /> Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached I <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br />
