v <br /> , <br /> , • <br /> � ' � <br /> � $ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � ��� <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY ENTIRELY <br /> SURROUNDED BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR <br /> - McKINLEY AVENUE AREA - <br /> WHEREAS, certain unincorporated territory described as <br /> follows: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> is who�ly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, such territory is less than sixty (6Q) acres in <br /> area; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Council finds that such territory should be <br /> anne�ed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> 6dHEREAS, notice of the contemplated annexation of said <br /> territory has been given as provided by la�a. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY GF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and �the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits o� the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 2 . That a plat of said annexed premises is at�ached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br />
