' ': <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �O D <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3165 NORTH MACARTHUR ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of July, 1990, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Harry Blackburn to rezone premises described as: <br /> Two (2) acres off of the entire North end of the East <br /> 8.22 acres of Lot 2 of the Subdivision of Solomon <br /> Williamson Estate in the South end of the East one-half <br /> of the SW 1/4 of Section 34 Tp 17 N. R. 2 E. of the 3rd <br /> P.M. as per Plat recorded in Book 335 Page 196 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois, except that part thereof conveyed by the <br /> dedication of Right of Way for Public Road purposes <br /> recorded in Book 1708 Page 643 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commissi�n recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: ' <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan . <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the pre:nises above <br /> described herein. <br />
