_ + _.�� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. D "� � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs or markinqs are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby, <br /> prohibited at all times, at the locations described below: <br /> Both sides of East Center Street from the east right of <br /> way line of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive East to the <br /> west right of way line of Morgan Street; <br /> The East-West alley immediately north of Grand Avenue <br /> running from Martin Luther King Jr. Drive North to North <br /> Morgan Street; • <br /> The North-South alley lying between Martin Luther King, <br /> Jr. Drive and North Morgan Street, from Division Street <br /> south across Center Street to its south terminus. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
