l � ' <br /> ♦.� � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �_�� <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - ELDORADO AND 23rd STREETS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby, <br /> prohibited at all times on both sides of Eldorado Street <br /> (Illinois Route 105) for a distance of 100 feet both easterly and <br /> westerly of its intersection with 23rd Street, and on both sides <br /> of 23rd Street for a distance of 100 feet southerly of its <br /> intersection with Eldorado Street. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall � <br /> violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon � <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
