D � � AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - 710 & 720 EAST GROVE ROAD - WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Stephen A. Brinkoetter and others requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1!4 of Section 26, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , thence North 655 . 61 feet; thence West 132.80 feet; thence South 488.61 feet; thence East 120 .00 feet; thence South 167. 00 feet; thence East 12. 80 feet to the point of beginning. AND The North 320 feet of the West Half of the Southwest 1/4 af the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. AND The West 145 feet of the South 340 feet of the West 1/2, of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 26, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51� of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate iimits of any city, village or iacorForated town or other municipaliry; an�, WHEREAS, notice of in�ention to take actior. for annexation has been given as required.
