V —� �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 336-344 NORTH WYCKLES ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of March, 1990, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Decatur Memorial Foundation to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> The South �alf of Lot Four (4) and the North Half of Lot <br /> Six (6) of Fairground Home Sites Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 802 , Page 112 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, except that <br /> part heretofore deeded to the State of Illinois for <br /> high;vay purposes, <br /> from R-1 S2NGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that � <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. �I <br /> NOW, THERLFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DEC�iTUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. , That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoneci from R-1 SINGLE F.AMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to G-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as th� Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, re�trictions a.^.d <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
