>�• • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �/ � �'� <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY <br /> - 2089 WEST SUNSET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of February, 1990, �:por. due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission heZd a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Macon Resources, Inc. for a special permit under the <br /> provisions of Section XXI (A) (1) (t) of the Zoning Ordinance to own <br /> and operate a residential care facility upon premises legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lot 22 of University Place 8th Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 982 Page 101 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended t�zat <br /> such special permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY O�' <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recor.unendation and report of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Coanmission be, and the same are hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> �ection 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mer.tioned, <br /> a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to �ia�on <br /> Resources, Inc. , and only to Macon Resources, Inc. , to operate a <br /> residential care facility upon the premises aforesaid. <br /> Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, <br /> expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That said residentiai care faciZity shall be <br /> limited to the care of not more than four (4) developmentally <br /> disabled adults at any time; and, <br /> (b) that said residential care f_acility shall at a�l <br /> times that the same is in operation be appropriately licensed �y <br /> the State of Illinois. <br />
