� � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �� 3 ( <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 1370-1428 NORTH MAIN STREET AND <br /> 1415-1425 NORTH WATER STREET <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1989 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of ZIPPS OF DECATUR, INC. , to rezone premises described <br /> as: <br /> Lots 6, 7 , 9, 10 , 11, 12 & 13 of the Assessor' s <br /> Subdivision of Lot 1 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Sec. <br /> 10, T16N, R 2 E of the 3rd P.M. , as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 149 , Page 411 of the records in the Recorder' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT and O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT to <br /> B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT and O-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT TO B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein.
