' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �— / NlCR������r <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING LAND USE <br /> INDUSTRIAL SCRAP PROCESSING OPERATION <br /> - 1551 EAST McBRIDE AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, the premises described on Exhibit A attached hereto <br /> and hereby made a part hereof are currently zoned M-2 Heavy <br /> Industrial District; and <br /> WHEREAS, Albert Hornstein has petitioned this Council <br /> . pursuant to Section XVI (B) (6) of the Zoning Ordinance for <br /> approval to use said premises for an industrial scrap processing <br /> operation, a copy of said petition being attached hereto marked <br /> Exhibit B and hereby made a part hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the use of said premises for said purpose has been <br /> approved by the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the petition described above, and the , <br /> reports of the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief concerning <br /> said petition, be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That approval be, and it is hereby, granted to <br /> Albert Hornstein to operate an Industrial Scrap Processing <br /> . Operation on said premises as described on Exhibit B hereto and <br /> as shown on the site plan on said premises attached hereto, <br /> marked Exhibit C and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That said approval granted hereby be, and it is <br /> hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and <br /> requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning <br /> Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of <br /> this approval. <br /> PRESENTED� PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 17th day of <br /> October, 1988 . <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
