ORDINANCE No. � — � +�ICROFILMEC� <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCK TRAFFIC <br /> - LOGAN STREET - <br /> - 24TH STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when a ro riate si ns are erected ivin <br /> PP P <br /> g g 9 <br /> notice thereof a � <br />, , 11 trucks or other vehicle., of the Second <br /> I Division, as defined by the Illinois Vehicle Code, which have a <br /> Class C or higher letter (greater weight) license from the State <br />� of Illinois, or equivalent weight licenses issued by another <br />' state, are prohibited and excluded from the use of the streets �, <br />' described below, provided that such prohibition of use shall not �, <br /> extend to fire, police or other emergency vehicles, school buses, <br /> and trucks which have a Class C or higher letter (greater weight) <br /> license which are making service calls or deliveries to <br /> residences, businesses and construction sites located on said <br /> streets: <br /> ia) Logan Street between 24th Street and 27th Street; <br /> {b) 24th Street between Geddes Street and Garfield Street. <br /> Section 2 .
