That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , be, and the same is hereby, amended at Section 25 of <br /> Chapter 30 thereof by adding thereto subsection (d) , said <br />�I <br /> subsection 25 ( d ) to provide as follows : <br />� 25 (d) Handicapped decals or cards may be issued by the <br /> Easter Seal Society of Central Illinois , Inc. , said <br /> decals or cards to be ir. strict compliance with the <br /> requirements of the applicable State statutes and <br />, administrative rules of the Illinois Secre ar <br /> t y of <br /> State. <br /> Section 2 .
