. r <br /> �t�o�riM�� <br /> URDINANCE NO. g�-139 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 950 WEST PERSHING ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of December , 1987, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Sarah M. Smith and Mary S. Lohr to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lot One ( 1 ) of Town and Country Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 300, Page 187 of the records in the <br /> Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Cvmmission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received , placed on file <br /> and approved . <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No . 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur , Illinios, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br /> Section 4.
