That the offer of $23 , 000 by the Magna <br /> Nlillikin National Bank of Decatur, as Trustee under Trust <br /> Number 2433 , for the premises located at the 300 Block of <br /> West lst Drive in the City of Decatur, Illinois , and leaally <br /> described as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby <br /> made a part hereof, be , and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and accepted. <br /> Section 2 .
