�w�� ORDINANCE NO. � � �"� � / ORDINAIVCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - SANITARY DISTRICT - - 1800 - 2000 BLOCKS WEST SUNSET AVENUE - WHEREAS, on the lst day of October, 1987 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of the Sanitary District of Decatur for a special use permit under the provisions of Section XXI(A) ( 1 ) ( i) of the Zoning Ordinance to operate a government building or structure , more specifically, a combined sewage overflow facility, on premises located south of the 1800 , 1900 and 2000 blocks of West Sunset Avenue and more particularly described as shown on Exhibit A attached herto and made a part hereof; and , WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That a special use permit be , and it is hereby, granted to petitioner, Sanitary District of Decatur, to own and operate a government building or structure for the handling of combined sewage overflow on the premises described herein. Section 3 . That said special use permit granted hereby, be , and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512 , the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois , and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of this special permit .
