Bledsaw, Jr, and N. L. <br /> Still , to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot 2 of Twin Oaks Third Addition as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 1832 Page 216 of the records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received , placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they ' <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations , <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
