N1CR�ILM�D <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � � 3 � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section � . That Section 4-1 of Ordinance No . 80-56 be , and <br /> the same is hereby, amended so that as so amended the same shall <br /> provide as follows : <br /> 4-1 . A filing and engineering review fee shall be paid <br /> to the City Treasurer at the time a preliminary <br /> plat is filed with the Department of Community <br /> Development , or at the time a final plat is so <br /> filed if there was no preliminary plat , according <br /> to the following fee schedule : <br /> Subdivision . . . . . . $125 . 00 plus $15 per lot <br /> Minor Subdivision . . . $100 . 00 plus $20 per lot <br /> Section 2 . That the City Clerk be , and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to cause said amendatory provisions to be <br />' set out in copies of said ordinance and the same to be published <br /> in pamphlet form. <br /> Section 3 .
