��Fi���� <br /> ORDINANCE 1V0. g �—y� <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THRU STREET <br /> - PERSHING ROAD - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUIVCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Pershing Road from Fairview Street to <br /> Norwood Avenue is hereby established as a thru street and <br /> yield signs shall be installed at all streets entering said <br /> Pershing Road between Fairview Street and Norwood Avenue. <br /> Section 2 . That when signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof , any person who shall violate any of the provisions <br /> hereof, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than One <br /> Dollar ( $1. 00 ) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ( $200 .00 ) <br /> for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
