" � N ,�1lCROflI��� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � � <br />, AN ORDINArICE REZONIPdG PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of November, 1983 , upon due notice, <br />' the Decatur City Plan Coramission held a nublic hearing upon the <br />� petition of Y.AI' ELLDRIDGE to rezone pretnises described as : <br /> Lots 13 through 18 of Northside Investr.ient Park as per <br /> Plat recorded �n Book 1832 , Page 108 of the records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois ; <br /> from B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT to r1-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> GTHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Corruaission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said netition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l, That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Cor�mission be, and the same is hereby, received, �laced <br /> on file and approved. � <br /> Section 2. That said described nremises be, and they are I <br /> hereby, rezoned fror.i B-2 COMNNIERCIAL DISTRICT to P�-1 LIGHT ' <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 .
